Customers may acquire GGWA licenses for the full version of the Windows desktop operating system for devices that require valid Windows licenses. Because GGWA licenses are full licenses for Windows, they do not have a Qualifying OS requirement. GGWA licenses are available only as a one-time purchase, where all units must be placed under a single order. These licenses may not be assigned to devices without a Qualifying OS if such devices are obtained after the customer’s order. Windows 11 Pro is designed for small and medium businesses. Large organizations should work directly with their Microsoft seller. Windows 11 Pro N edition includes the same functionality as Windows 11 Pro, except that it does not include certain media related technologies (e.g., Windows Media Player, Camera, Music, Movies and TV) or the Skype app.

  4. This WIndows 11 Pro GGWA product's license is non-transferable and cannot be used on multiple devices.
  5. Renewal policy will be as per Micrsoft's license policy being updated from time to time.
  6. Any renewal payments will be subject to prices applicable at the time of renewal. In case of renewals, user will have to opt for renewals and visit the portal for the same. THere won't be auto-renewal for any product or service.
  7. Once order placed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  8. Ownership of the license cannot be transferred during anytime of the subscription.
  9. Besides License key / Activation key delivery or activation of the key there's no other support included in the prices.
  10. Before placing the order, please check the System/Hardware requirement details. In case the user does not have the recommended system/hardware requirements, then ESDS or Microsoft or CSC or any of there subsidiary companies will not be responsible for the compatibility related issues arrising of using this product on devices not compatible as per given system/hardware requirements.

For availing paid support from ESDS, user will have to purchase the paid ticket, get the order ID after making the payment.

Go to the portal, click on the support link/tab and mention the payment ID/Order ID in subject line and mention the problem / issue for which support is required.

ESDS support team will verify the order ID for support ticket and then provide the required support. Once the issue is resolved, ESDS team will mark the ticket as resolved and user will have 24 hrs to close the ticket or revert in case there is still any issue, or else the ticket will be closed within 24 hours of marking ticket as resolved by ESDS support team.
