- All license listed on this portal are subscription based license and yearly renewal’s are required for such product’s to be active.
- The Subscription Term needs to be renewed annually and these subscriptions cannot be cancelled or transferred.
- Any applicable taxes relevant to the particular State/Country will be levied depending on the billing address.
- Any discount provided shall not apply to subsequent renewals.
- The published prices for any of the products listed on the portal excludes any kind of implementation support (except for O365 license).
- In case of license delivery, there is no managed services required and prices does not cover any managed services for license, certifications & O365/M365 license.
- Prices are for annual commitment plan with 100% advance payment to activate subscription.
- Prices for all the products listed on portal are subject to change as per Microsoft’s policies applicable from time to time.

- The commercial charges provided above do not include any applicable local Taxes. They will be charged, as applicable at the time of invoicing.
- Any additional Professional Services, which are not listed above (for e.g., Operating system installation, Office applications installation, troubleshooting of Operating system,
O365, M365, Outlook configuration, email migration, email archiving, email restoration kind of activities) are not included in the prices mentioned against each product & license.
- Professional services can be engaged as required by the Client. They are charged on a per ticket basis. User need to order for ticket and share the order ID while creating the
ticket using the email ID provided in subsequent product page or on portal.
- There are recommended system/hardware requirements for different products, users are advised to read the system/hardware requirements before purchasing the license.
Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
